Amanda Villaveces
Amanda is the Director of Mental Health Lou, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, serial networker, caregiver, provider and self proclaimed gregarious introvert. She works with individuals and couples in her private practice via a strength’s based perspective that fosters growth by tapping into a client’s innate abilities. In her, not so free, time, she works within the community directing Mental Health Lou, a community mental wellness hub. She loves to bring mental health workshops and events into schools, businesses and other organizations, engaging the public in conversations around mental wellness and demystifying the mental health world.
Krista Nenni
She is a 26 years old and the owner of ninetysevenhairstudio! She is a full time boss, mom and wife. She enjoys learning new things and helping women like her shine their brightest. She grew up with two brothers and was raised by her mom (Lots of outside help too). Her father has been in and out of her life for a while now. Along with her sons father as well. She is blessed to have married an amazing man who treats her and her son like family. Although she has come far, she has had to teach herself how to navigate a world where she has experienced all kinds of relationships. From abuse, abandonment, drugs and so on. She has taken these experiences and created coping skills that work best for her and her mental space. She has learned that we are not what others do to us, we are much more.
She is an International Best Selling Author of “Recovery after Narcissistic Abuse & Life Transformation and Dating & Relationship Coach, International Professional Speaker & Podcaster, and Domestic Violence Advocate. She helps people end toxic relationship cycles and attract the soulmate they desire. She is the founder and CEO of Mindful Missions Global and The Solo Date Challenge. She is also the host of two podcasts: The Solo Date Challenge Podcast and The Healing Playground. She is a trauma informed certified coach that facilitates group coaching, 1 to 1 coaching, online workshops, and healing retreats. She has been active in personal development, leadership and sales & marketing for over 17 years. Her personally have invested over 100k in her education and certifications for coaching, personal development, and healing. As a survivor of CPTSD, abuse, addiction and codependency, I teach tools and skills to empower people to heal and break toxic cycles so they may thrive in all areas of their lives. She is a single mom of two exceptional boys. When she is not out empowering women, find her in nature exploring, hiking and adventuring. Or being creative with photography, vinyl crafting or painting. Her top core values are Connection, Service, Freedom, Creativity and Growth. These are my compass for living her best life.
Tatiana Hill is a mother, a business owner, daughter, sister and friend. She resides in Virginia Beach, VA with her two children Ruby and Levi where she owns and operates a women’s boutique The Teal Eagle Boutique. Tatiana has worked hard to build a small business from the ground up and keep it thriving while navigating the effects of a pandemic and divorce. Divorce doesn’t define her life, but it has been an integral part of her story the past couple years, and through speaking openly and honestly about breaking the stigma of divorce, she has been a source of comfort for many people also navigating the hardship. When she is not heavily focused on the business side of life, Tatiana enjoys spending time with her children, her dogs, hiking, traveling, and live music.
Chelsea Ellis- Hogan
Chelsea Ellis-Hogan is 27 year old third generation owner of her family's asphalt maintenance company Jim Reynolds Asphalt Contractor, Inc. She is author of #1 Amazon Bestseller “Fail to Success” which was created when she was 19 years old in order to share her and others stories on their journey to success. Chelsea has a passion for teaching others about financial literacy, marketing, branding and how to turn their passion into a paycheck.
Dr. Ashley Anderson
Dr. Ashley Anderson received a Master of Science in Nursing with a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Specialty in 2008, a certificate in Health Professionals Education in 2012 and a Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing in 2016, all from the University of Louisville. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Berea College in 2005. She was a record holding team Captain for Berea College’s Women’s Basketball team. Dr. Anderson participated in beauty pageants to take advantage of additional scholarship opportunities as she pursued her education. She won Ms. Kentucky United States 2013, Miss Black Ohio in 2010 and was crowned the 1st Miss University of Louisville in 47 years when the competition returned to campus in 2008. Dr. Anderson is the founder and CEO of Athena Health and Wellness, a women’s health practice that is the first of its kind in Louisville, Kentucky. In 2020, she partnered with doTerra and launched an essential oil business to help promote natural healthcare in the western realm of medicine. She is a family planning specialist, trained researcher, author, certified health science educator, community activist, international runway model, actress, radio personality, and motivational speaker. In 2016, Dr. Anderson was the recipient of the Guy Stevenson Award for Excellence in Graduate Studies, the highest honor the University of Louisville gives to graduating doctoral students. In 2014, she was named Glamour Magazine Phenomenal Woman of the Year for Kentucky. in 2017, Dr. Anderson was elected President and Executive Director of the Miss Kentucky Scholarship Organization (Miss America system), a role in which she works to empower young women, through pageantry, to develop the leadership skills, confidence and network to achieve their biggest goals in life. Ashley resides in the Louisville area with her two sons, Atlas and Ace.

Lauren Muir
Lauren Muir is the co-owner of Martin and Muir Counseling. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Coach, Speaker, & Grant Writer. Lauren received a Bachelor’s Degree in Justice Administration at the University of Louisville and a Master of Arts Degree in Mental Health Counseling at Webster University.Lauren serves on the Board of Directors for a non profit organization, Sponsor 4 Success. She is also a mentor for the Clinicians of Color Mentoring Leadership Academy and Vice-President of Kentucky Counseling Association.In addition, Lauren is a certified grant writer with strengths in relationship building and communication.As a public speaker and facilitator, Lauren utilizes her experience to educate and engage others on mental health and wellness topics in corporate, school, and community settings.Lauren has a strong passion for helping children, adolescents, individuals, and families through various life transitions in her community.She strongly believes in reducing the stigma of mental health within the community and helping others to overcome barriers to achieving success.Lauren is passionate about helping others become the best they can be despite life’s challenges. She believes it is essential to create a comfortable space for each individual to be heard and express themselves freely.
